Amata Metabyte Comtec (AMBC) will deliver your product in Bangkok Metropolitan and Chonburi provinces within 3-14 days and in other provinces of Thailand within 3-21 days. The delivery date will estimate after calculating the total weight, shipping cost, and delivery destination. We accept international shipments as well.

Domestic Shipment (Thailand)

Kerry Express/ Flash Express / J&T Express / EMS Thailand Post and we work together to safely deliver packages to your home.

Check the maximum size of items that can be delivered to Courier Post in each country group, click

- Group 1 : Maximum size 150 x 200 x 150 cm.

- Group 2 : Maximum size 120 x 120 x 120 cm.

- Group 3 : Maximum size 60 x 60 x 60 cm.

How can I track my order?

Small Items (<2kg): For small items delivered by our courier partners, you will receive an email with delivery tracking links from us.

Large items (>2kg):

We will contact you to arrange delivery of your item(s) on a given day and while we regret that we cannot give you an exact time for delivery, we will endeavour to meet your requirements where possible. For updates in your delivery date and timeframe, please call to +66(0)33 115 115 or +66(0)9 884 5500 or email md@amatametabyte.co.th quoting your Online Order Number or Sales Order Number.

What are your delivery charges?

A free delivery offer within Bangkok Metropolitan and Chonburi provinces a minimum order of THB 3,000 + VAT and with other provinces THB 4,500 + VAT. A selection of promotional items are free of delivery.

What is the delivery schedule like for my order?

We aim to deliver your order to you within 3 to 21 working days from the date of your order, subject to stock availability and delivery location. Delivery lead times may be extended during peak periods and notified via email.

Note: For products that require external sourcing from suppliers, the delivery lead time ranges from 7-21 working days for items in stock.

SELF-COLLECTION

Do you offer self-collection services?

Yes! We understand most of you are always on the go and may not be at home most of the time. So to make shopping even more convenient for you, we also provide self-collection at our retail outlets based in Amata Nakorn, Chonburi.

To do this simply select self-collection option during the ordering or notify us via email at md@amatametabyte.co.th.

You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. Your order will then be processed by our Customer First Team and you will receive another email when your order is ready for pick up. This applies to items that are in stock only, if the product that you wish to order is not in stock you will receive a back order notification outlining any lead time that may apply.

When can I collect my purchases?

Online orders self-collection is from Monday to Sunday from 10.00 am – 09.00 pm. You can collect your purchases from our store once the ready-for-pickup confirmation email has been sent to you.

What must I bring along for self-collection in-store?

You must provide the following documentation when collecting in-store:

• A printout of your online order confirmation
• The credit/debit card confirmation used for making payments online

You may be asked to present your ID or passport for verification purposes. If you are unable to collect your order in-store personally, please contact us to notify us of the name of the person you have nominated to collect your order. Goods will not be given out to any individual without prior notice from the purchaser.

What if I have forgotten to collect items from self-collection in-store?

Goods must be collected within 7 days from the date on which the goods are ready for collection. We will keep your items in storage after 7 days. A storage fee (50 THB per day) will be charged.
