Refunds and Replacements

Return Processing
Please allow 2-5 business days for products "Sold and Shipped by AMATA METABYTE COMTECH (AMBC)" to be processed after being received. Due to product availability, some repair/replacement returns may be delayed or changed to refunds. Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email regarding your return.

Refunds

Once your return has been processed, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will mail you a check to the billing address listed on your account. For returns for refunds for products purchased as gifts, we will issue you a refund in the form of store credit. For returns for refunds for products purchased through www.amatametabyte.co.th, and at shop, we will issue you a refund in the form of a AMATA METABYTE COMTECH (AMBC) gift card. 

Store Credit

For returns for store credit, we will issue you store credit in the form of a AMATA METABYTE COMTECH (AMBC) Store Credit Gift voucher. Once your return has been processed, a AMATA METABYTE COMTECH (AMBC) Store Credit Gift voucher (Digital File/E-Voucher) will be issued and sent to you via email within approximately 2-5 business days.

Replacements

Once your return has been processed, a replacement will be processed and shipped within approximately 2-5 business days. If we no longer carry a product that is sent in for replacement, or if that product is simply out of stock, we will issue you a refund. Products eligible for a replacement may only be replaced with the same product. We currently do not allow exchanges or returns for replacements for different products.

Product-Specific Return Information

Bundle Purchases
Bundles are multiple products sold at a discounted price. When requesting a refund, you must return the ENTIRE BUNDLE. Individual products may be returned for a replacement.

Combo or Promotional and Kits Purchases

Combos and Kits include two or more products that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount. Products sold as part of a Combo or Kit may be returned individually for replacement within the applicable AMATA METABYTE COMTECH (AMBC) Return Policy Period.

When returning an individual product in a combo or kit for a refund, any applied discount will be deducted from the refund. If your Combo/Kit discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the product, then you will need to return all products in the Combo/Kit or return it with other products of value in order to receive a refund. Some combos are restricted from returning individual products for a refund and must be returned in their entirety. Please see the combo/promotional products page for more specific information.

Consumable Products

Consumable products cannot be returned to us. Consumable products may include, but are not limited to, Printer Ink, Toner Cartridges, CD/DVD Media, Retail Packaged Software, Downloadable Software, Digital Products, Paper Products, Gift Cards, Prepaid Cards, SIM Kits and etc. that are consumed once they are used.

Manufacturer Promotional Products and AMATA METABYTE COMTECH (AMBC) Gifts 

Manufacturers may offer free promotional products with their products. To receive a full refund on a purchase that includes promotional products, all products must be returned. The cost of any promotional products not returned will be deducted from the refund total. AMATA METABYTE COMTECH (AMBC) may also offer gifts to valued customers for their continued support as well as for special giveaways. These gifts are not part of any purchase value and therefore do not have to be returned.

Pre and Post-paid Cards, Gift Voucher and Gift Packaging
Purchases for Pre and Post-paid Cards, Gift Voucher and Gift Packaging are not eligible for return.

Special Order Products

Special order products are not eligible for return but eligible for replacement of the same product due to a defect.

Product Lifespan

Using PC components and systems for cryptocurrency mining and gaming are known to significantly decrease the lifespan of the product due to overuse. This includes, but is not limited to: CPUs, video cards, solid-state and hard disk drives. In general, we will not accept returns of products which have exceeded the product’s lifespan due to overuse.

Overall Return Policy

To return a product to AMATA METABYTE COMTECH (AMBC), you must obtain the reference number and copy of tax receipt within the applicable return period for the product. Your reference and copy of tax receipt must be listed on your return package to identify your return. Once you are ready, gather your products and prepare your package to ship back. Once your products are packaged securely to protect against damage and ready to ship, attach your return shipping label to the outside of the shipping box. Return labels are valid for 15 days within which time returned products must be received by us. 

Products that are received by AMATA METABYTE COMTECH (AMBC) in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected

• Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, missing courier label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other products originally included with the product.
• Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate.
• Any product which appears tampered with, customized or altered in any way.
• Not the same product originally purchased from the website and the AMATA METABYTE COMTECH (AMBC) shop.

If a refund or replacement to the customer has been processed, then AMATA METABYTE COMTECH (AMBC) reserves the right to deduct from the refund amount the cost of the return shipping from the customer to AMATA METABYTE COMTECH (AMBC).

In case of return from product defect customer may take care for the shipping cost at first, When AMATA METABYTE COMTECH (AMBC) receipt the item(s), We will return money back to you. Please provide the receipt or evidence of returning shipping cost to via email or Line OA or messenger.

Refund

When AMATA METABYTE COMTECH (AMBC) receive the item(s) We will process refund in 2-5 working days depend on payment method as detail below

• Credit Card: We will refund money back to your credit card account. It might take 21-45 days varied to different bank policies.
• Cash On Delivery, Bank Transfer and other payment mode: We will transfer money back to your bank account that has the same account name who made the order.

Other Terms

Direct-Shipping only
We will accept only direct shipping to us as per mentioned. Returns must be received, inspected and approved before we ship a replacement.

Defective Products
A defective product that is returned may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at AMATA METABYTE COMTECH (AMBC)’s sole discretion unless otherwise required by brand and producers’ policy.
